Our Return Policy

  • Items can only be returned on account of a defect. Itemscannot be returned if any fault is caused by power surge, physical damage or negligence on the part of customer.
  • All items for return must be in their original packaging material with all accessories intact.
  • Return of item(s) shall be at the cost of the customer.
  • Return Validity Period:
  • Within 3 days of delivery
  • Outside Lagos: Within 7 Days of delivery
  • Customers will receive feedback on their refund or replacement within 24 hoursof receipt and validation of returned item.
  • Manufacturers’ Warranties are valid for all hardware items and accessories as they respectively apply.

Here is how to get started:


STEP 1: Send a Complaint

Also include pictures of the product that was delivered to help@itnow.ng as a means of evidence.


STEP 2: Return after Authorization

Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting the item from you.


STEP 3: Track Return Status

We will send you a return waybill number, this will enable you to track the status of your return.


STEP 4: Get Resolution

Upon our confirmation of the receipt of the item by ITNoW Quality Personnel, we'll make a replacement on the faulty item.
